Title: Enterprise Origination

Role: IBM BPM Developer and Administrator

Project Description:

The project involves IBM BPM v8.5.5 implementation including WODM for

decision making. The main idea of the Enterprise Origination is to

congregate all the various sections (i.e., Cards processing, Loans

Processing, Savings Account processing to name a few) involved in a banking

sector under single platform. In this project we have used all the new

capabilities provided by IBM BPM V8.5.5.

Title: Fraud Investigation and Recovery Engine (FIRE)

Project Description:

FIRE (Fraud Investigation and Recovery Engine) purpose of this project is

to automate a subset of Fraud Investigation-charge back process using IBM

BPM (v8.5) to overcome current challenges with manual investigation during

Fraud Investigation Process.

Present process takes 28 days to resolve one case but now due to BPM

implementation it take only 2 days to complete the same process.

Responsibilities:

. Build reusable components (coach views) which are used across

projects.

. Assist to Implementing Services.

. Implementing application specific logging.

. Applied validations on the UI using JavaScript & DOJO.

. Testing of code and functionality related to validation.

. Working on Report Enhancement and Testing.

. Working on Query optimization for report.

. Creating knowledge transfer documents on "Dashboard toolkit" in v8.5

Title: Merchant Onboarding Process

Project Description:

MOB is an IBM funded initiative developed on IBM BPM product. Merchant On

boarding process involves multiple steps, which automates the Merchant

setup, Merchant Store setup and the Store Terminal setup.

Present Merchant Onboarding process involves multiple disparate systems,

separate UIs which lead to longer cycle times and maintainability issues.

Also, there is a lack of visibility of status and flexibility in terms of

business rules. Single integrated environment with geography specific

screens help in lowering down the cycle time. On demand report & dashboard

and ability to customize business rules by business users increases the

transparency and equips the system with new changes in no time. The

application empowers the field agents to initiate an onboarding request,

irrespective of their location, along with provision to upload the scanned

copies of all required documents. The solution addresses the complete

hierarchy of the process starting from merchant to stores to terminals.
