mechanical, firmware, and electronic board failures on analytical instruments. Provided technical support to clients

Developed heated headspace GC/MS methods for isolation and quantitation of fragrances used in cosmetics. Validated
analytical methods for pharmaceutical products to satisfy client specific requirements. Organized method qualification
and validation studies in preparation for FDA audits. Managed projects for client specific testing procedures and
electronically invoiced those projects.
