PROJECT PROFILE:
* Project: VLSI implementation of Memory Built IN Self Test (BIST) controller using march algorithm
DESCRIPTION: The project presents a High speed FSM-based for memory BIST for testing memory devices. Finite State Machines (FSM) are design to implement march based algorithm. The architecture of controller is designed to implement a new test algorithm that has less number of operations and this algorithm emphasis testing of high density memory ICs either faulty or good. The component of controller is studied and designed using Verilog HDL.
