o Working experience with YOKOGAWA centum VP series Distributed Control Systems.
o To execute software configuration, I/O’s assigning and logic implements in YOKOGAWA centum VP series with online
and offline.
o To execute on experience in YOKOGAWA report packages.
o Hands-on experience in YOKOGAWA HART communicator with ON/OFF line mode calibration.
o Calibration (Desk & Field) and configuration of all instruments.
o Process tubing as per process hook-up drawings.
o Installation,Erection and commissioning of all instrument systems like Transmitters, Level switches, DP switches,
Control valves, Cable tray, Cable Laying, Junction boxes.
o Hands-on experience in Loop checking(Hot & Cold), Functional test and Interlock Logic checks etc.,
o Hands-on experience in testing and calibrating the PID controllers, Transmitters and Sequential event recorders.
o Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning the Pressure, Draft pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature
Transmitters of ABB, Rosemount &Yokogawa.
o Hands-on experience in commissioning and testing of RTD and Thermocouples.
o Hands-on experience in commissioning and testing of Control valves, Motor operated valves and IGVs, KGVs, SOVs.
o Hands-on experience in commissioning and testing of PH meter and conductivity meter.
o Hands-on experience in panel board wiring.
o To configuring of WLAN, LAN networking.
o Handling Emergencies and avoiding unit trips by taking quick & correct actions.
