When I started working for A'gaci, I started as a shoe consultant. I was just in the shoe department taking care

of customer's needs and making sure the backroom was clean and organized.

• Eight months later I was promoted to floor supervisor and I had to learn everything about the apparel

department. I also know that I have to act as a role model since i am part of management and I also make

sure I give the best customer service i can provide.
