I have thirty-five years experience in the RF, tele-
communications/electronics industry.

Maintain advanced services Headend including VOIP, high speed Edge QAM
downstream 256 QAM internet, HDTV services, Video On Demand, and analog
video services.
Install, certify, and maintain Tellabs hdt, Cisco 10000, Pace, Arris,
Motorola, Harmonic, S/A, Alpha Technology DC plant and two 100 Kw gensets.
Perform node segmentations, splits.
Design and build two fiber OTN'S monitoring construction, installing and
maintaining all optronics. Plant upgrade from 550 MHz to 970 MHz, fiber
design and node planning
Splice and terminate fiber optic cable, mm, sm, ISP, OSP, manage fiber
restoration crew.
Install and maintain ADC DV 6000 fiber optic transport ring.
Maintain redundant fiber ring for VOIP, HD video, High Speed Internet and
Video On Demand transport.

Advise Vancouver City Counsel institutional network working with city and
school officials.
Maintained local and remote AML, FML microwave sites.
Perform annual FCC proof of performance testing.
