Profile
I would like to introduce myself as a self-sufficient, self-motivated
individual who takes every project and puts 1000% into it. Having studied a
Degree in Architecture and achieved a 3 Distinction Diploma in Art and
Design, I am not afraid of pressure and work well under deadlines. I work
well with people/teams as since I left University I have only worked in
Retail. I believe my passion for Architecture aligned with my skill in
Photography will prove to be an asset to any Company I join
Experience - Photography
Current
Freelance Photographer mainly specialising in Landscapes and Portraiture -
have a great interest in all aspects of Photography, especially babies.
My interest in Photography has led me on to photographing a couple of
Weddings (mainly Muslim and Sri Lankan) and entering a variety of
Photography Competitions of which one was for my current workplace to
photograph a 10,000 Chandelier within the heritage spiral staircase.

My Experience in floor planning takes me back to my studies in BA
Architectural Design from Kingston University.
Through all the projects below I have had to draw up specifications and
detail the project from scales 1/1250-1/1.

2008 -Current
My role within Heals has moved from E-commerce Stock Administrator to
Furniture Sales Advisor (9/2010-9/2011) to being promoted to Heals Online
Customer Service Advisor.
My duties
. Processing of Furniture and Non-Furniture Special Orders
. Maintaining In-house Standards
. Working directly with Customers via Telephone/email to resolve all
situations including delays, oversells, cancellations, delivery issues
and other service challenges
. Liaising with Sales Ledger and Accounting regarding Trade orders
