Title of the Project : Dump shell core moulding machine

About the Project:

Shell moulding is a process in which the sand mixed with a thermosetting resin is allowed to

come into contact with a heated metallic pattern plates, so that a thin and strong shell of mould is

formed around the pattern. The dump shell core moulding machine is a completely manually operated

machine. It is used to prepare the shell moulds and core required for casting.

Title of the Project : solar pesticide, seed sprayer + grass cutter + vacuum cleaner

About project:

By considering Indian farmer condition we thought to develop such a machine with low cost, low

maintenance and multi applicable. Then we convert old petrol engine operated pesticide sprayer to

solar operated sprayer with additional application of grass cutter and vacuum cleaner.

Our project successfully completed and sponsored by KSCST (Karnataka state council for

science and technology).
