WORK AND TRAINING HISTORY

. As a trainee at National Engineering Industries (nbc) JAIPUR under Ball

Bearing Division and improved the knowledge on bearing manufacturing and

did a project on Interlocking System of Outer Grinding Machines from 01

June 2012 to 30 June 2012.

. As a trainee at Fluidomat Limited Dewas for the duration of 11 days and

collected various information related to design and manufacturing of

fluid couplings of different types including casting,testing etc. in Dec

2011.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Project #:FOUR WHEEL STEERING

Description: A four wheel steering system was the major project with a

working model which steer all the four wheels rear and front in opposite

direction so as to reduce the turning radius of a vehicle and this model

was designed for load of 80kg for smooth steer. The mechanism were made by

linkages.

Project #: CATALYTIC CONVERTER OF EXHAUST SYSTEM

Description:A Prototype model of catalytic converter was made with the

objective to reduce pollution from a diesel engine which was used in our

Internal Combustion Engine Lab.The model was designed on PRO-E and it was

according to the engine.

Description: Under Incubation Center of College a tricycle was fabricated

whose power train was driven by solar energy without any use of

conventional fuel.The tricycle was designed for one person.

Description: A model related to the concept of Curosity launched by NASA

which was undertaken by Institution of Engineers (India) was an improved

work on technical limitation of curosity and modification.
