Novel Photo Catalytic treatment of Reactive Red dye from Textile Effluent – it was

focused on removal of the dye from the textile effluent using Advanced Oxidation Process
(AOP) involving UV treatment and sonication processes where the end results were
obtained with removal of the dye of about 98 % using continuous sonication and UV
treatment technology.
