engineers, A&E firms, and site acquisition personnel to evaluate sites and

determine feasibility of construction build out. Prepared SOWs and

time/cost/material estimates, established work schedules and project

timelines, and managed turnkey build-outs including telco, electrical,

civil engineering aspects. Tracked project status; kept clients and

management updated on issues and status through clear reporting, project

status meetings, project tracking, and analysis. Collaborated across all

functions to ensure quality standards and project safety are adhered to.

. Led installation of nearly 850 NSB sites that included Rawland and

AT&T turfing contract drivers (1.0 & 2.0).
