Customer Service/ EDI Processor
. Responsible for downloading all customer orders via EDI and importing
them into merchant database
. Post all EDI orders into Adagio for sorting and processing
. Managed orders from creation to completion on national accounts such
as JC Penny, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kirkland, Linens N Things, Kmart, Big
Lots, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc.
. Responsible for running and evaluating Work Order detail reports to
ensure inventory levels
. Routing all orders according to Vendor guidelines
. Coordinate pick up and deliveries for all outbound orders
. Maintain and build relationships with carriers to ensure lowest rates
on freight costs
. Daily communication with Warehouse Manager and production
