Seeking a Clinical Chemist scientist (CCS) position in your organization

*Experience on the Flow Cytometer in Hematology / Oncology dept.

from 2005 to present

CCS II position:

*8 years working on BD (6 colors FACS Canto) Flow Cytometer to detect

Leukemia / Lymphoma panel, High sensitive PNH, CGD, Anti-Neutrophil AB

tests and Lymphocytes cytoplasmic or surface markers. Perform leukemia

analysis by using FCS express or Flowjo software.

*Validate of new assays such as High Sensitive PNH with Flaer, CLL

prognostic assay with CD38 & CGD. Also validation of new Leukemia panel

LLE, CLL and Plasma cell neoplaisia for Tech Only project using lyse / wash

/stain procedure.

Duties: Performing the full range of duties (setup, evaluate, interpret,

and validate the accuracy of laboratory procedures and results) from

specimen procurement through data analysis and reporting, in order to

provide data for use in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and/or

research of human disease.

Also, experience on circulating tumor cell CTC bench (setup, scan, analyze,

interpret and report results with pathology review) using VERIDEX Cell Auto-

prep and Cell Analyzer.
