Responsible for audit and documentation of all accessorial charges sent to customers. Process includes contact

with and understanding of customer requirements as well as contact with motor carriers and customers to obtain

documentation in a timely manner. Minimization of payable/receivable issues with accessorials. Audit weekly

Delmonte accessorial summary report, review and recommend disposition of discrepancies as directed. Train

Primarily responsible for the building of rails cars and billing of units to be shipped from Ford Michigan

Assembly Multilevel. Using ProAct system to look up various VIN numbers to check if unit is on hold or any

other issues that may come up. Making different bar codes to be used to scan units. Also responsible for payroll

using ADP system. Using the Ford TWOS system to pay the Ford employees and any HR issues that may be

needed. Making sure that crew has all the tools needed to handle the job. Handling any issues that may come up

during various launches. Ensuring safe and timely movement of units and customer satisfaction. Other duties as

needed.

Hapag-Lloyd, Southfield, MI 5/06-9/09 (CP Ships/Hapag Lloyd merged) Transport Dispatch Coordinator

Primarily responsible for dispatching imports/exports to the North American east and west coasts. Ensuring safe

and timely movement of freight in keeping customer satisfaction. Meet customer expectations regarding pick up

and delivery of cargo. Interact with motor carriers/customers to obtain needed supporting documentation. Submit

EDI rail billing to various railways; also submit dangerous goods documents for billing. Monitor future transport

requests. When shipping worldwide, making sure shipment is in full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
