whole testing process of that release. Designed test specification

and map them to related requirements, executed test cases to find the

root cause of SGSN faults, which helped the successful release of the

SGSN and promote the performance of the real network.

. Worked for the SGSN 2011A release project with 12 SGSN developers, 6

SGSN testers and product manager. Taking the main role and

responsible for test case design to ensure the system capacity,

stability, overload protection and performance, which guaranteed the

excellent attendance in 3G network communication market and decrease

the errors to 2%.

HSUPA by using Local Maintenance Terminal, GT3000 with platform

configuration, analyzed log files after compiling and executing use

case. This project leaded the successful attendance of 3G features,

which expand the network bandwidth.

. Be responsible for Hong Kong, China WCDMA HSPA+ project. Worked with

field manager and drive test in the real network, collection of raw

data and its KPI/ signaling analysis duties by QXDM ensured the MIMO

technology in local 3G radio network for a stable and highest rate.

. Worked for the SMUT project with 4 developers and project manager,

responsible for prophase requirement analysis, framework design and

test cases design by using Delphi Intraweb, executed the test cases

customers use the product and reduced the bugs to minimum.

. In charge of HLR Command Transformation project with vendors like

Huawei, Alcatel, Ericsson. Take the responsibility for the holistic

design and coding with C++. The result leaded the 100% operation cost

deduction, which used to operate by human and replaced with the tool.

. Worked for STORM project with 10 developers, 2 QAs and 4 kernel

customers from China Mobile Communication Company. Responsible for

requirement analysis and UI design, executed test cases and writing

HELP document. This product helped our customer analyzed KPI more

easily by improving 30% efficiency on real network, and decreased

network congestion in holidays.
