Position: Project Superintendent/Construction Manager
El Toro Marine Base land fill closures for the United State Navy.
Project: Consolidation of existing waste and the placing of 150,000 CY of foundation material and
placing of 200,000 CY of clay cap. Also, drainage features.
My responsibilities as Construction Manager was to work closely with lead project manager and regional
manager overseeing a team of design and construction tasked with conceptual planning, scheduling cost
estimating, final work planning. Projects now in the construction stage is Marine Base 29 Palms design
build $10 million land fill. Project includes excavation, waterline, sewer and building construction.
Other type of work included demolition and soil remediation.

Project: Seismic retro fitting of a 12-story bell tower for the University of Riverside. Work included
driving of concrete friction piles for new foundation, doweling to existing concrete columns and pouring
a new column to the existing. Also, the bell chamber installed structural steel for diagonal bracing.
Contract $3 million. Also, the building of a pump station for Rialto water that included the building of a
intake manifold and the 36 inch CML supply pipeline. Contract $1 million.

development for a mobile home park for the city of Rialto, CA. Contracts price $10 million.

Type of work: Owner of the project is United States Steel Corporation in Waynsburg, PA. The project
was building a 3 million CY fill dam, a 35 acre reservoir for the reclamation of acid water from the coal
mines. The installation of a $5 million piping system for drainage and water recovery including major
structural concrete placement for overflow and intake structures and pipe cradles through the valleys.
Contract $25 million.

Type of work: Reconstruction of a section of Interstate 80 for PennDot. Removal and replacing section of
P.C.C. roadway, asphalt paving, bridge repair and drainage work. My duties included the supervision of
the various areas of work to be completed and coordinating the necessary labor and equipment needed for
the project.
