With the 20 Million renovation of Club Med Sandpiper Bay, I was hired for

the opening of the resort to handle groups from 20 to 700 guests. We

welcomed an average of 10 to 15 Corporate and Social groups per month, as

well as familiarization trips and site inspections.

Group and Incentive Sales Operations Supervisor - July 2007 - July 2010

Supervised two group coordinators at Corporate level and six group

coordinators at resort level, to insure compliance with all company

standards and implemented procedures. Traveled with large groups, including

full resort charter buy-outs. My responsibilities included customer

service, accounting and full support to the Sales Managers.

Village Group Coordinator / Club Med Business and PR - November 2002 to

June 2007

Responsible of handing Corporate groups, family reunions, site inspections,
