LBS: Location based WHERE-AM-I application (based on BTS cell-
ID/GPS). Using this application user should be able to perform:-
a. Profile selection (e.g. when in ACTS- profile should be silent)
b. Call forwarding (e.g. when at home forward calls to landline)
c. Reminder based on location and time (e.g. remind me if I pass Big bazaar on sat
between 9-11 am)
Post Graduation:
• Comparative analysis and synthesis of AES encryption:
Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), has received significant interest over the past
decade due to its performance and security level. Many hardware implementations have been
proposed. In most of the previous works sub bytes and inverse sub bytes are implemented using
lookup table method. In this paper we used combinational logic which helps for making inner
round pipelining in an efficient manner. Furthermore, composite field arithmetic is employed to
reduce the area requirements. Using proposed architecture, a fully sub pipelined
encryption/decryption with 3 sub stage pipelining. By using pipelining and sub pipelining we can
process multiple blocks of data simultaneously. Among these architectural optimizations sub
pipelining gives maximum speed and better throughput/area
Graduation:
• Access control systems(mini project):
Access control is a system that enables an authority to control access to areas and
resources in a given physical facility or computer-based information system. An access control
system, within the field of physical security, is generally seen as the second layer in the security
of a physical structure.
Access control is, in reality, an everyday phenomenon. A lock on a car door is
essentially a form of access control. A PIN on an ATM system at a bank is another means of
access control.
• WIRELESS VOICE OPERATED SECURED ROBOT(main project):
This project deals with controlling action of robot through a voice oriented command. The instructions
such as left, right etc are processed and stored using MATLAB. There are two sections namely
transmitter and receiver.
In Transmitter Section, the instructions are delivered through Microphone for authorized person’s
voice which is given to the PC. The voice instruction is processed and is compared. This data resembling
the action for the instruction is sent by the transmitter if and only if the voice is proved to be authorized.
In the Receiver Section, the signals from the transmitter are received by the RF receiver through the
receiving antenna. The controller controls the robot direction according to the instruction which is being
given at the transmitter section. Then the Robot will move in a particular direction for the given
instruction.
Strengths:
• Logical Reasoning Skills.
• Adaptability and Quick Learning.

• Awarded Merit Recognition Certificate for achievement places in top 7% (93%) of the
candidates who participated in the 8th NIIT National Aptitude Test.
• Won first prize in “CONTEST CIRCUITIKA” in CINCIA-2008.
• Presented a paper on “COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF AES
ENCRYPTION” during ETNET12, national conference on emerging trends in
NANO,EMBEDDED and TELECOMMUNICATION technologies, held in SAVITHA
UNIVERSITY,CHENNAI.
