module between Functional and Offshore Teams.
Description: The Est e Lauder Companies Inc. (Estee) is a manufacturer and
marketer of skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products.
Strategic Modernization Initiative (SMI) is an enterprise-wide program that
will transform the Est e Lauder Companies business processes and
organizations enabled by an integrated technology platform.
Projects:
. Estee Lauder - Phase 2 Group 4 implementation and support
Support /Management activities:
. Monitor tickets in HPQC and update the tickets status
. Provided technical solutions to client specific business requirements
and involved in requirement gathering and explaining and convincing the
business team with feasibility analysis.
Responsibilities:
. Understand the client requirements and planning overall timelines and
milestones, translating those business requirements into technical
design.
. Support and facilitate integration testing of various FRICE objects.

for Stock Transport Order from APO and posted to the R/3 server.
Designed Hub Allocation report: Functionality of this development is to run
deployment collectively for the location that is live in SAP and as well as
which are not planned in SAP. The requirement is to do fair share
allocation on hub DC locations which get the requirement as a dependent
demand from SAP DC or from the VMI location (Indirect demand) or as the
direct demand from local customers which are still not live in SAP.
Designed a Supply Demand Tool which provides the planners a single screen
to view the demand situation from DP and current planning situation from
SNP on single screen. It provides the faster way to review Supply Demand
balance across the network. It also serves as a tracking mechanism for the
top management for highly critical products.
Worked on SNP workbench.
Product master extension in APO: Developed an object to extend product to
multiple location in APO through CIF and parallely populating some common
fields in product master.

. Development of APO Tool - The APO Toolkit Program is a set of utility
programs to improve the productivity and quality of manual
configuration required during each system build. These utility
programs will help automating such manual configuration / setup based
on intuitive template files that can be collected from business and pre-
validated easily in advance. Also with the download feature, it would
be possible to document manual setting / configuration done in system
and also validate the configuration reducing the effort required for
second person verification of the config done in system. These
accelerators will enable practitioners to focus on more critical tasks
during cutover / system build, spend less time and energy on
documentation and reduce time required for configuration validation.
. Designing of CTS Tracking Tool - It is a request/task tracking system
that provides detail report of CTS at object level and track CTS along
with its status report. (Success/Error occurs during transportation
from one system to other).
The main objective of this project is to keep track of CTS created for
a particular FRICE development including CR/Defects.
. Published the Training knowledge document in IBM for 'PDF Based Print
Form'. The purpose of this document is to provide guidelines for
designing 'PDF Based Print Form' using Adobe.
