Project Details

Project Name : Design and Fabrication of Universal Rinsing Machine

Team Size : 4

Duration : 10Months

Scope:

The purpose of our project is to have provision of high quality and less time consuming cleaning

i.e. rinsing of milk jars in limited amount of water.

Design

Process of cleaning is based on Centrifugal action. Various parts are designed and their analysis

is done using ANSYS.

Fabrication

It includes scrubber pad, attachment, spring and frame which were manufactured at college

workshop.

Extra Curricular Activities:

• Presented research paper in International conference held in J.N.U., New Delhi on

topic ‘Design analysis of I type cantilever beam for Jib Crane A practical problem of

industry’

• Participated in the National Robotic contest 2013, this held at MIT Pune.

• Worked as a coordinator of ‘Technical operator’ in college’s annual cultural event

‘Resonance 2013’

• Participated in drama competition at YUTH FEST 2013
