Worked as a GET (Electrical) from Sep t-2010 to March-2011 in Penna cement

industries ltd.

From March-2011 to March-2012 worked as Junior engineer in this organization only.

From March-2012 up to present working as a Assistant engineer in this organization

only.

Roles & key Responsibilities:

Worked as a Shift engineer and section maintenance engineer for packing plant,

kiln sections .

As a shift engineer:

Monitoring of all HT motors, Transformers for equipment condition in running

condition.

Preparation of log sheet for Oil temperatures, Winding temperatures, HT amp’s and

LT side amp’s in every shift.

Preparation of log sheet for Winding temperatures, DE & NDE Bearing temperatures

for HT motors with amp’s in running condition.

Preparation of Daily power report in section wise Raw mill, Coal mill, Kiln and

Cement mill sections.

Attending the shift problems to reduce breakdown time and to stop the equipment

break down.

Good Interaction with superiors along with engineers of other departments for

necessary actions to reduce the break down time.

As a section maintenance engineer :

Inspection of all section equipment's for any abnormal sounds or equipment

condition in equipment running condition.

Planning & Executing of Scheduled maintenance Activities in shutdown

condition.

Preparation of Spares List for Shut down & Breakdown Maintenance's.

Creation and Implementation of the modifications in control circuits to

eliminate break down re-occurrences that occurred in running condition.

Technical knowledge:

Good knowledge in understanding of drawings related to power and control

circuits.

Good Knowledge on Intelligent- MCC ’ S & Conventional MCC ’ S, PCC panels.

Good Knowledge in Testing, Commissioning & maintenance of Electrical

Equipment's.

Key achievements:

Successfully completed PACKER-3 erection and commissioning along with

superiors.

Involved in modification of coal mill dynamic separator erection and

commissioning.
