1. MINI PROJECT

Title : “OVER AND UNDER VOLTAGE PROTECTION OF

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES”

Role : Leader

Description :This project circuit gives a low cost high reliable, it is used to senses both low

(<180v) and high (>240v) input voltage and operates to disconnect the electrical appliance

when abnormal over/under voltage are received from a single power source and reconnects

the protected devices when the main supply line comes with normal rating(180v to 240v).

2. MAIN PROJECT

Title :”GRID-INTERFACING CONVERTER SYSTEMS WITH

ENHANCED VOLTAGE QUALITY FOR MICROGRID

APPLICATIONS CONCEPTS AND IMPLEMENTATIONS”

Role : Leader

Description: Grid-interfacing converter system with enhanced power quality is proposed for

micro grid application in this project. The proposed system consists of a series converter, a

shunt converter, and a distributed generator connected in the dc link. The proposed system

can compensate voltage disturbances, harmonics, along with power transfer between grid and

DG system

ACADEMIC PRESENTATIONS:

• Presented paper presentation on ‘SCADA SYSTEMS’ at AKRG College of

Engineering & technology, Nallajerla.

• Presented paper presentation on ‘RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES’ at SAI
