Objective: Assembly worker / Manufacture Technician position.

1. An experienced Surface Mounting Technology (SMT) Operator /

Maintenance Technician. Experience includes the operate

Wave Soldering Machine, Reflow Oven, Pick-and-Place

Equipment, Solder Paste Screen Printer, SMT Solvent

Cleaning Equipment and Repair and Inspection equipment for

SMT.

2. An experienced Telecommunication Network installation,

Commissioning / Preventive maintenance engineer. Experience

includes the install, setup system, preventive maintenance,

leading and transfer Operation & Maintenance activities to

customer.

3. An experienced Sun Oracle server. Experience the QC, QA,

repair and rework Sun Oracle server.

Experience:

Siemens and Nokia Siemens Network . Inc - Viet Nam (1996 - 11/2012)

SMT line operator / supervisor (1996 - 2007)

. Perform operate Solder paste screen printer, Pick & Place

equipment MS 128 (Siemens),Sip place ( Siemens ), Reflow oven

SMT 200, Wave soldering machine (Siemens) and all auxiliary

equipment in SMT line.

. Setup temperature profile for Reflow Oven.

. Perform weekly maintenance for all equipment in SMT line.

. Responsible for manufacture engineering in SMT line.

. Supported Manufacturing Engineers oversea in verifying new

release new product.

. Worked closely with production manager to resolve the RMAs

issues and improve quality.

. Responsible for test hardware development, new product

characterization, qualification and product release.

Service Engineer for Digital Electronics Switching System (EWSD)

. Perform installation, setup, testing and integrate system.

. Perform preventive maintenance system.

. Trained, applied and handed over EWSD O&M processes to

customers.
