relate to properties that Developer attempt to purchase for

development. If the property has plans previously draw for it, I

provide technical review of all Civil Engineering plans, establish

development cost estimate based on the provided plans. I also advise

Developer of alternate way(s) to lower the development cost and

mistake proof the existing plans through review and plan revisions.
