Work Experience:

Installed, tested, calibrated, trouble shot and repaired company’s Electro-Mechanical

products. Responsible for touch up soldering, screened boards and performed

modification according to Engineering Change Order and documented data.

R&D Pilot line Technician

Operated tools and processing material for R&D pilot line: Worked with scientist and

engineer for solar cells experiment, Operated Pilot printer tools and Print CIG ink on to

aluminum foil (Thin film), operated Pilot Anneal tool (CIG), operated Pilot RTP-A2 tool

(Rapid Thermal processing CIGS), operated Pilot HBP (Horizontal bath processing),

operated Orgino tool to cut and trim foil into solar cells, operated oven to baked solar

cells, operated and printed ink (fingers) on to solar cells, operated and IV voltage tested

solar cells.

Responsible for powering up the equipment and shut down

In charge of R&D pilot tools for processing, monitoring, and data collection. Work with

scientists and engineers to assist in process modifications, and experimental planning

Troubleshooting process and tool to find root cause.

Perform preventive maintenance on the tools.

Alpha-EMS:

Performed Test and calibrated LCD TV monitors according to test procedures,

responsible for soldering PC boards, prepared and set up SMT feeders for Fuji Machines,

put boards through bake oven, tested, inspected, labeling and documenting.

Trazar corp.:

Performed screening boards, tested, soldered, trouble shot and installed board into

housing. Modified board according to engineering change order (ECO). Performed RF

test for electro-chuck control (ECC) power supplies finishing products.

Wiltron:

Performed stock inventory and prepared parts for assembly line. And enter data.
