masonry, and painting tasks; repairing and treating structures such as floors, showers,

sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets; performing minor troubleshooting, repairs and

adjustments of locks and hinges on doors, cabinets, desks, closets; clean plugged key

slots; change filters on various ventilation units; hook up and service kitchen appliances

such as refrigerators and stoves; complete service requests and update work logs for

specific site requirements; assist with special projects periodically as directed; maintain a

clean, safe, and orderly work site.
