Conducted end-user training on a one-to-one basis as well as Instructor Led
Training (ILT) on the Allscripts version 11.4.1 of the Electronic Medical
Record (EMR). Customer put particular emphasis on Meaningful Use (MU)
Stage 2 following the upgrade to Allscripts 11.4.

Conducted end-user training on a one-to-one basis as well as Instructor Led
Training (ILT) on the Allscripts version 11.2.7 of the Electronic Medical
Record (EMR). When necessary, supported Dragon Medical 10.2 software for
physicians. Also provided Instructional Design (ID) services using
Captivate v5/6 on internal training projects for Abreon consultants (Concur
Travel & Expense reporting system, Consulting Basics course for new
Consultants) on an as-needed basis. Developed a Plant Maintenance (PM)
course in Captivate for an SAP customer while on a break from Allscripts
training.

Used Oracle's User Productivity Kit v10 (UPK) to develop training
materials, including Simulations, Trainers Guides, Exercise materials, and
User Guides while assigned to the PA Dept. of Labor and Industry
Unemployment Compensation Modernization System (UCMS) project. Created
initial storyboards used to develop training materials. Conducted end user
and train-the-trainer (ILT) sessions using the developed materials. Class
sizes ranged from six (6) to thirty-two (32). The project was broken into
three parts, the first two of which were successfully completed. In
addition, performed quality assurance reviews of materials developed by
other consultants on the project. Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,
Visio), SnagIt 8, and Adobe PhotoShop were used along with UPK in the
development of the materials.
March 2007 - March 2008:

Used Ancile uPerform v1/InfoPak v5 to develop training materials,
including Simulations, End User Procedures (EUP), and Business Process
Procedures (BPP), for the Human Resources (HR) and Plant Maintenance (PM)
modules of SAP for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Materials were
developed for use in Web-Based Training (WBT) as well as ILT. In addition,
performed quality assurance reviews of materials developed for the Finance
(FI), Project Systems (PS). Employee Self-Service (ESS), Supervisor Self-
Service (SSS), and Supplier Resource Management (SRM) modules. Microsoft
Office 2007 products, SnagIt v7, and Adobe PhotoShop were also used
extensively in conjunction with uPerform/InfoPak. All materials developed
were in compliance with the Section 508 standards for those requiring
assistive technology. For instance, visually impaired employees using JAWS
or mobility impaired employees using Dragon Naturally Speaking.

Designed and delivered a training program on the Windows and
Microsoft Office Suite upgrades for the employees of Allegheny Electric
Cooperative. The offices were upgrading from Windows 2000 to Windows XP.
The Office Suite upgrade was to 2007. PowerPoint 2007 was used to develop
the materials used. Classes were held in small groups (15-20 attendees per
session).

classes featured proprietary software (eBuy) and programs designed by the
General Services Administration (GSA) to help Federal employees, including

class sizes ranged from fifteen (15) to two hundred (200) depending on the
location. Modified presentation materials as appropriate to the audience.
Classes were held throughout the U.S. Consistently received very favorable
reviews from class participants as well as GSA Contracting Officers.
