Assisted in mainta ining a 400+ unit multi family property. Completes

work orders which included but were not l imited to plumbing a l l

aspects, appli ance trouble shooting and repai r dishwashers fr idges

a nd stoves. Electr ical; fixtures outlets switches breakers etc. All HVAC

assisted with maintenance of pools and grounds. Also as sites with

m ake readies as needed
