(previously known as ING U.S., Inc. prior to the IPO in

2013), I have been promoted 3 times within the same

department from an Associate Financial Analyst to a

Manager/Lead Financial Analyst with one direct report.

. I single handedly implemented a new cloud-based reporting

tool/software, WebFilings, in 2013 to improve the footnote

disclosure information collection and reporting process. Due

to the success of the project, other departments, mostly

notably the SEC reporting team, have subsequently

implemented WebFilings along with the data collection

processes into their respective departments.
