Work Experience

* Presently working in UTE DESALADORA O&M CHENNAI (ABENGOA WATER)

(100MLD Desalination Plant) as a Lab In charge from the year of 2009

to as on date. (Around five years)

* Responsible for the complete Chemical optimization the Plant Treatment

system.

* Responsibility for handling of Water Quality checking, UV-Spectro

Photometer (Phara 300 Merck), 164 Double beam UV-Vis Spectro

Photometer and SL-171- Mini Spectro Photometer. Handling with flame

photometer for Na and K analysis, Jar test (Optimize the Chemical

dosage), Handling of all the lab Equipment's including

Spectrophotometer, Turbidity Meter, TDS Meter, pH Meter etc., Pre

-treatment, post treatment for Desalination plant.

* Sea Water and Product water chemical and Microbiological analysis as

per Indian standards.

* Responsible for the complete chemical optimization the plant Treatment

system.

* To optimize plant performance, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

* Taking various Trials to improve the efficiency of Desalination plant.

* Optimize the chemical dosage to obtain the RO feed water parameters

for the Desalination process.

* Monitor the Filters back wash frequency for the first and second phase

with various trials

* Monitor the Quality plan for Product water.

* Documentation and Presentation.

* Handling with Lye, Lime, Hypochlorite and sulphuricacid strength

checking.

* Having One year experience as a Geologist, Responsibility for Survey

of land, create the GIS- map (land use pattern)

* Geophysical method using groundwater exploration, Water Management and

Rain water harvesting (part - time) in VRV Consultancy, Chennai .in

the year of 2006.

* Having Two years' experience in handling of Iron chromatography

columns and water quality checking in Annamalai University Hydro Geo

Chemistry Lab as a Junior Research Fellow in the Ministry of

Environment Forest Govt. Projects from 2007 to 2009.

* Survey of land and then create the GIS- map (land use pattern)

* Geophysical method using groundwater exploration in field knowledge.
