Assisted companies in working through challenging requirements, such as open source software (Hadoop, Cloud Management & Open Source Analytics), engineering, architecture, and strategy services to big data missions across the intelligence, defense and law enforcement sectors. Was a key member of the DIA SmartData team focusing on identifying, processing, and expediting the ready availability of IC Smart Data for subsequent ingestion by the IC GovCloud. He provided recommendations on data transformation, markings and other associated changes necessary to optimally stage data into the IC GovCloud. Worked with other government agencies to set up data integration and cleansing processes for disparate data sets to fully align with IC-ITE. Supported senior executives to improve enterprise IT strategies and practices for client engagement, project methodology, architectural governance, enterprise documentation, infrastructure migration, development of team evolution, and complex IT support issues. Developed solutions and frameworks for Public, Private and Hybrid clouds environments defining cloud architectures, evaluating products and implemented new technologies into the L3 STRATIS cloud offerings. Led multiple geographically dispersed teams of engineers, architects and developers to lead multiple project in excess of $3.5M.

Responsible for technical operations of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Switching Systems Integration Lab, managing the daily operations Electrical Engineers and Design Support Engineers. He was responsible for the overall project management of projects totaling over $1.5M dollars, which included: preparing Work Authorization Documents, creating Project Schedules and developing Process Improvement Proposals. Played Key Contributor role in the team that developed and tested the first prototype VoIP network interface utilizing Cisco routers and Raytheon Secure Digital Switches to the DRSN / DISN which is being utilized at worldwide now on the DRSN. Also was the lead engineer in the development of the new AFSCN secure communications suite for the US Air Force.
