About It -

Generally the Colleges have to face a lot of problems in management of the Students information. SAP

mainly focus on coordination of student s corner, alumni, placement of an institution. The site integrates these

three modules to help their members collaborate, to plan, assess and implement different activities and learn with

others experience/ feedbacks/ suggestions. Group also wants to encourage others to join their initiati ves and

recognize their contributions. This also encourages others to share their initiatives and recognizes their

contributions.

Conclusion –

This user-friendly application can be easily plugged in many other systems. This application can

eliminate almost all demerits that were encountered in existing system of students data management in different

institutions.

This system aims at development of an Online Enquiry system, which facilitate the cdc

(Competency Development Center) Sr. Executive to manage the information of client online, and easy

to manipulate the data from database in a user friendly manner. All the data starting from date of enquiry

to date of certification are stored in the database.

The admin is the main party in the transaction and he has the right to modify any

information in this system. This system is faster, smoother, flexible, reliable, systematic and can access

throughout the organization.

This system contains six modules mainly Enquiry , Enrollment , Billing ,

Scheduling , Evaluation , Certification . The modules are interlinked and the member of this system

can communicate online. Admin , CDC Sr. Executive , Guide , Students are the users of this

system.
