MAJOR PROJECTS COMPLETED:
- Converted a print-on-demand system into a full function back-end database
structure to support yearly IRS tax reporting. This design allowed
historical data to be captured timely and duplicates could be generated
upon request.
- Redesigned a loan identification assignment system to correct the on-
going inconsistent guarantor reporting.
- Completed a cross platforms software conversion with added GUI interfaces
for a rental/retail system; established an automated inventory tracking
and delivery scheduling system.

redesigned IRS reporting sub-system. Served as Technical Team Lead for

business opportunities. Used VMS Cobol and Transact-SQL for Oracle
database on Titanium platform. General support on Java server back-end.
- 11/95 - 2/99: Senior Programmer Analyst/Software Developer, Subscriber
Computing Inc., Irvine, California. Y2K project, maintained commercial
wireless billing software. Oversaw client's software operation, provided
consultation, designed and implemented client-specific custom software
changes.
- 11/94 - 10/95: Senior Programmer/Project Management Specialist, Union
Bank, El Monte, California. Worked with managers and vendors to develop
high level functional specification for banking subsystem implementation.
Developed and implemented project plans to inspect and accept new
releases from Vendors.

Monrovia, California. Maintained in-house retail billing system. Designed
interface modules to receive and process daily business information
