PLC and PAC programming for new applications or to improve existing functionality

-Program drivers for inter-component communication using Modbus TCP and Ethernet/IP protocols

-Set up PIDs in heating, tension, motor speed applications

Develop SCADA screens for new applications and modify existing ones to improve existing functionality

Develop working Ethernet networks between components, PLCs, computers, and HMIs using switches, routers and

setting IP routing tables on PCs

Motor and VFD sizing based on application

Low voltage electrical designs for industrial panels and enclosures

Use NFPA standards to size control and power wiring as well as conduits for electrical installations

Data analysis from data-collection server

-Configure trends using sensor, output, and parameter data collected over time

-Use data to pinpoint irregularities and identify patterns that lead to material scrap (out of spec), and faults

-Use data to identify ways of possible improvements to manufacturing process and systems
