Senior Logistics Manager
Direct management of seventy-five tractor-trailer, CDL Class A drivers in
dispatch, safety, and routing. Overall management of logistics and
operations of transportation for dedicated customer account at their
distribution center that services six-hundred and fifty locations a week.
Management of support staff across three shifts including three
dispatchers, three customer logistics coordinators, and one administrative
assistant. Responsible for safety and DOT compliance, payroll, billing,
accounts payable and fleet management.
Key Accomplishments:
. Within six months promoted from Logistics Manager to Senior Logistics
Manager and given sole responsibility to manage the operation of the
entire business unit with annual revenue of $15 million.

Delivery Operations Manager
Direct report to the owners in the operations of the Home Delivery division
with management responsibility for one supervisor, twenty-six drivers, and
two sales representatives. Effective dispatch and management of over fifty
home pickup and delivery routes, fleet management of thirty-five vehicles,
maintained profitability and budget control. Provided the training and
development of sales representatives, consistent exceptional customer
driven focus, coordinated and facilitated driver safety training, and
