Career Highlights
In working in the social service field for just under 5 years, I have been able to interact and help children and
families in my area. I have supervised teams, lead treatment meetings, participated in hiring, and planned
ongoing treatment for clients. In my current position I assist foster parents and children in receiving the best
care available, advocating for children who tend to get lost in the shuffle, preparing monthly status reports for
clients with are delivered to state agencies and courts, and providing content for the organization's blog and
various events throughout the year.

• Remain in regular contact with 15-20 foster children placed in foster homes. Provide case management
and behavior modification services and planning.
• Participate in IEP, case review, and clinical meetings to ensure clients are receiving best possible care
and have a permanency plan that fits their needs.
• Organize paperwork involved with child's case, including paperwork for proper payment from state,
treatment plans, monthly status reports to state workers and courts, and contributing content for the
organization's blog and events.
