Objective

To obtain a position within a reputable company to utilize my skills as a tool and die maker with more than 25

years of consistent work experience. I have been working as a tool and die maker for CMW Inc. and the

company that purchased CMW Inc. since 1988. I have been the go-to-guy for high pressure jobs for as long as I

can remember.

Work Experience

02/2014-08/2014

Tuffaloy Products Greer, SC

Tool and Die Maker (Rate of Pay: $45.86 per hour) (Purchased CMW Inc.)

This was a six-month contract, which I was offered due to my skill and tenure at CMW Inc.

when Tuffaloy purchased CMW Inc.’s intellectual and physical property and relocated the

physical machines to their South Carolina facility. Worked under contract to get cold form

machines up and running for this company. Designed and fabricated tools. Responsible for

troubleshooting all machines including installation and maintenance of all machines

acquired from CMW Inc., made all tools to dies to make parts. My responsibility was to

facilitate the transfer and train employees at their Greer facility to successfully run CMW’s

machines and manufacture CMW patented parts. I was offered full time employment, but the

rate of pay was not sufficient for a full time relocation from Indiana to South Carolina for me

and my family.

CMW Inc. Indianapolis, IN

Tool and Die Maker (Rate of Pay: $29.45 per hour)(Business was sold to Tuffaloy)

Responsible for making dies and all other tools for cold form machines. Responsible for

powder presses, tip benders, drill fixtures, mill fixtures, as well as all of the various aspects

of tool and die making that comes with 25+ years experience.

Have years of CNC experience and years of experience in all types of manual machines.
