Deals with Sibling and Relative accounts for commodities ELECTRIC and GAS

. Redesigned user interface to improve gross sales as well as gross-to-

net ratio

. Consolidation of all online TX Postpaid enrollment journeys (DE, CPL,

WTU, FCP) for reduced cost of future updates

. Inline payment (deposit and prepaid) to increase conversion/completion

rates

. Integration with GEP for lower cost pricing management

The EP 2.0 interface will consist of modules - Select Your Plan, Customer

Information, Account Information, Billing Information and Confirmation

Experian - A credit check engine, Online Account Manager (OAM), Just Pay

It, FIS, GEP Rate Tool, Other client services.

This system allows customer self enrolment functionality and

The client currently has multiple Online Account Management (OAM) systems

active across its brands and has the potential of increasing this

divergence over the coming years. Each of these environments contains dated

material and has not had a significant upgrade in a number of years.

The various OAM's across Direct Energy also relay on unconnected Customer

Information System's to provide the data they need to service their

customers.

The discontent between brands located across differing regions, the use of

multiple CIS systems and the lack of a concerted update has left the

Customers of direct Energy with disparate experiences across their online

services as well as a lack of functionality that they expect in today's

connected world.

To enhance this situation Direct Energy will be moving forward with a

single OAM concept. This concept will rely on the following principles:

. Single Registration\Login for customers regardless of brand

. Common middleware to facilitate data use from multiple CIS's

. Common design across brands

. Upgraded, Modernized user interface

I was involved in the maintenance phase of the project prior to redesign

and also took major active part in redesigning the application which

enormously had increased its Performance and is easily configurable.

and how cross-functional teams, records and data interact within the

system. The processes are enabled by salesforce.com CRM with outside system

and function integration.

covering a length of 972 track kilometers. Also the user can get the

details of highlighting of shortest path & also shortest distance displayed

on screen from user specific 'From' & 'To' points in case of Emergencies.

Also this application enables the user with on screen display of latitudes

and longitudes at any point on the screen.

tasks assigned to him and his Monthly Performance. Payroll (Pay slip &

Attendance status) was also maintained in brief.
