Histology Technician upmc east With joint effort, opened a new histology facility at Upmc East. Performed highly complex procedures on specimens for diagnostic purposes, Including but not limited to Immuno staining, histology procedures such as processing, embedding, cutting, and staining of human tissue. Optimized all new antibodies for upmc East, along with doing frozen sections and when needed, cytology prep including FNA's, and cell blocks. Accessioned specimens as well.
