Controller and Director of Fitness and Aerobics August 1991 through

Responsible for processing and preparing bi-weekly payroll, accounts

payable, all month end closing, bank reconciliations, all quarterly and

responsible for submitting and reconciling the monthly electronic fund

Assistant Controller June 1981 through June 1985

Responsible for all of the bank loan draws for the apartment to condo

conversions, as well as building a condo project from the ground up,

preparing vouchers and reconciliations, and interacting with the Bank.

Handled all accounting/data processing for two apartment complexes that we

owned, as well as handled all of the corporate office accounting/data

processing.
