vendor and from hygiene place detecting the MPN and the study the characteristics of the

microbes detected.

Major Project Title: “Genetic Variability Analysis on Coleus species by RAPD technique.”

Synopsis : This project deals with isolation of plasmid, DNA from the medicinal

plants and its genetic variability analysis by RAPD techniques
