Projects Executed
Title: "Audio Alarm System"
Languages: EMBEDDED C.
Tools Used: ARM Cross Compilers, JTAG debugger
This project is designed on LM3S9B92 microcontroller which is based on ARM
cortex M3 processor. Also uses TLV320AIC32 audio codec hardware which has
the features such as, Programmable input/output analog gain, Automatic gain
control for record, Programmable Microphone bias level and programmable PLL
for flexible clock generation. UART, I2C, I2S and SPI used as communication
interfaces between peripherals.
Role:
. Developed firmware part for Audio Alarm system.
. Involved in coding the Device Driver part for TLV320AIC32 codec
hardware and Flash hardware.
Title: "Simple Boot Loader Development for Launching Embedded Linux
On ARM920T board"
Language used : Embedded C, ARM assembly coding.
Tools Used : ARM Cross Compilers, JTAG debugger, OpenOcd
The main idea of Developing boot loader is to perform boot strapping which
is developed in Machine Specific(ARM9TDMI) ASSEMBLY Code, Configuring the
ARM920T controller, such as, Creating Exception Vector tables, configuring
the cache (D-cache, I-cache), Memory management unit(MMU), Memory
Controller(NAND Flash, SDRAM), Peripherals and launching the Embedded linux-
2.6.32.2
Other Projects
Title : "Automatic Highway Signaling System Using RF"
Language used : C
This project is based on wireless communication technology. It is made
using P89V51RD2 Microcontroller. There are two parts in this project namely
transmitter part and a receiver part. The transmitter part is placed along
the highways to convey information, which is done by using a RF
transmitter. At the receiver part the module is fixed in the Vehicle. This
module consists of a microcontroller connected to a RF receiver, Display
Unit and a buzzer. Whenever the receiver module comes into the visibility
of transmitter it receives the message and displays it on the screen and
buzzer will beep to intimate that the system got a new message. Embedded C
is used for programming the application software to the microcontroller and
Orcad schematic software is used for designing the circuit diagram for this
project.
Title : "Implementing Peripherals using 32-bit ARM
Microcontroller"
Language used : Embedded C.
In this project, an industrial specific 32-bit microcontroller (ARM) is
used to implement the on-chip peripherals like RTC, GPIO, and UART. The
Advantage is that, to develop any project if we use all these peripherals
external then different types of supply voltage is required, PCB board size
and circuit size increases, program size increases etc.
Seminars:
. The Roles of Mentors in Electronic learning environments
. MultiTouch Technology
I declare that the information given above is true to the best of my
knowledge.
