My name is Virginia Bacani-Pablico and I have long years of experience working in the geriatric

field in various settings including Director of Social Services in a skilled nursing facility (where

I currently employed), Program Director of an Adult Day Care, Director of Social Services for a

hospice agency and Social Service Analyst/Supervisor at the Dept. of Social Services in my

home country. I have a Master's Degree in Social Science from Azusa Pacific University, Azusa,

California and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mid-America University, now located in

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

My expertise are in program planning, implementation and evaluation, psycho-social

assessments, documentation and research, individual, group and family counseling. I am

proficient in written and oral communication, and have strong management and administrative

skills. I am a firm believer in team approach as far as delivering quality patient care and a strong
