. Designing Gas and Oil treating facilities and compressor stations for

Husky, Spectra Energy, Sinopec, Enerplus and other clients.

. Experience on all stages of engineering FEED - Detailed design to package

turnover.

. Preparing specifications, design calculations and deliverables in

accordance with project requirements.

. Sizing equipment, piping and valves.

. Developing P&IDs and PFDs.

. Preparing material/heat balance tables.

. Preparing equipment and instrument datasheets and line lists.

. Performing process simulations for Gas and Oil Projects using HYSYS and

VMGSim.

. Performing hydraulic calculations in pipelines.

. Participating in the design reviews and HAZOP.

. Participating in 3D model reviews with Project and Drafting groups.

. Utilizing ASME, API and CSA standards.

. Acted as a Liaison between Engineering and Piping groups.

. Developed PFDs and PIDs.

. Developed and prepared complex, detailed layout designs of piping,

. Checked and reviewed PFDs, PIDs, ISOs and GAs issued by the drafting

troubleshooting and debottlenecking to support ongoing operations.

Reviewed and approved material balances, process design criteria,

Operations Process Engineer (2001-2004)

. Operated coal processing facility using computerized control panel

(vessels, dryers, heaters, pumping equipment, valves, pipelines).

. Monitored and managed, crushing, flotation, gravity separation, magnetic

separation, classification and filtration departments operations.

. Performed Start-up, shut-down and troubleshooting procedures.

. Reported daily production to the plant general manager.

. Closely worked with maintenance teem to ensure best possible equipment

Process modeling. Rating of the existing equipment and piping including

compressors, Dehy Units, Sweetening Packages, Separators, Treaters etc.

Debottlenecking. Equipment selection. Flare system rating and upsizing.

Husky Oungre Battery (6 MMSCFD; 7000 BPD).

Detailed Engineering including: Process design, LP and HP Flare Network

design, Booster and Injection compressors design (Pilot Project);

Sweetening. Flow assurance for Gas Injection P/L.

Progress Energy Dehy Package debottlenecking.

Process simulation, hydraulic calculations equipment selection.

Corex Virden Battery (7 MMSCFD; 2000 BPD).

Facility debottlenecking and upgrade including: Process design and

simulation, hydraulic calculations, Flare Network design.

Enerplus Corp. 14-28 (8 MMSCFD). Facility upgrade and Compressor Station

design.

Process design. Pipeline flow assurance. Hydraulic calculations.
