. Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily

production target.

. Supervising hourly production.

. Preparing management information reports & process check sheet to

ensure progress in the department.

. To improve work efficiency through 5-S, TPM, Kaizen, Manpower

training, POKA-YOKE, Kankan, Line Balancing.

. Data collection (rejection/rework data) and analysis on daily shift

basis.

. To analyses Rework / Rejection to take counter measure to minimize it.

. Rejection and cost control.
