Objective:

_ To ensure the high quality and production in order to fulfill customer’s order.

_ To provide resources.

_ To build a strong foundation of the root cause of the sockets.

Experience :

_Working at Stanley Tool Carrollton Company from 1993 to 2003

_ Working at Apex Tool Group from 2004 until now with last position is Set up man.

_ Excellent to setting up and Operator for Sockets Press machine such as:

1/ Cold forging:

•Komatsu 450 ton

•Komatsu 300 ton

•Minster S1 300 36 42

2/ Hot forging

•FP – 600G

•6 Trimming Press

•Mic 2 Press

_Effectively read prints and dial calipers to punch part

_Responsible for checking the end product to ensure it meets customer specifications and

quality standards.

_Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

_ Involved in multiple Kaizen: 5’s and stander work..

_ Knowledgeable using a caliper and gauges.

_ Identified the materials of sockets such as metal chrome or black oxide.

_ Reviewing / following job planning .

_ Measuring and inspecting parts.

Education : Highschool in VietNam

Skill:

_ Able to work independently.

_Excellent understanding of math to include; fraction, decimal, metric conversions.
