Responsible for all building and property maintenance and upkeep . My main responsibilities were keeping all
machines in working order as well as some heating, plumbing, and electrical. I took care of the inside of the buildings
as well as the outside property. I demonstrated the ability to interact with and assist customers as well as coworkers. I
also conducted extensive training and was responsible for the supervision of employees.
Service manager (1997 – 2001)

Responsible for the placement of manufactured homes as well as all hookups of water electric and plumbing. I also ran
