I have 28 years experience in the field of telecommunications.
I am a hard working, dedicated, self-motivated individual interested in the success of any

Aug. 2012-Current Position-Shift-Leadwith Cisco Systems Inc. VoIP Technical
Support Specialist/Remote Management Services.
As a shift-lead I work closely with the project management and field engineering teams
to troubleshoot, repair and perform moves and changes with Cisco Systems Inc., Remote
Management Services team on Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity
Connection Voice Mail Systems. My work is specific to a very large worldwide Cisco
client. I also have experience troubleshooting Cisco Telepresence systems for a
worldwide Cisco client.
Feb. 20, 2012 to May 24,2012- Remote Cisco VoIP Telecom Technician for
Carquest/GPI, contracted thru Apex Systems Inc. Raleigh, NC.-Contract

I recently completed a contract as a team member of a nationwide installation project of
Voice Over IP circuits to over 700 Carquest Auto Parts stores. Working with CLEC
engineers, project managers and field technicians, I logged into Cisco 2811 voice routers
and assisted in all aspects of the cutover, installation, troubleshooting and testing for all
circuits being ported to individual stores. ie, Hunt Groups, Caller ID, Inbound, Outbound,
Toll Free and all other dialing sequences.
April 5, 2010-Oct. 2010- Field Voice Engineer for Bright House Networks,
contracted from Veredus Corp. Completed contract.
I was a team member of the largest Bright House Networks,fiber Voice Over IP, business installation of
trunks in BHN’s history. We installed over 3,000 ports(trunks), in over 175 sights, for the Pinellas County,
Fl. School district. I was responsible for the surveying of the existing Verizon trunks at each facility. The
installation of VOIP Gateways as well as fiber ONU’s, with Dmarc blocks. Finishing up with the cutover and
cross-connecting of the BHN trunks into the customers PBX system and testing of all circuits.
Jan. 2008 – June 23, 2009, Field Engineer for Ronco Communications and
Electronics, Tampa, Florida.
Responsible for Troubleshooting as well as Moves and Changes on Nortel Option 11-81 PBX’s, Nortel
