ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
• Cache Simulator : Modelled a flexible cache with knobs for associativity, capacity and block size
and studying the performance benefits of different cache sizes, block sizes and associativity, in terms
of Average Access Time and Energy per Unit Area. (September 2014-present)
• Implementation of a Schmitt Trigger using CMOS devices: Determination of switching voltages
and plotting hysteresis curve for different aspect ratio(W/L) of the devices.The schematic had been
captured and simulated using Tanner EDA Tool(V15) at 250nm CMOS Technology node.(January
2014-May 2014)
• Implementation of a microcontroller(ATMEGA 328P) based oscilloscope to test wave shaping
circuits. The Processing Development Environment (PDE) was used for code compilation and
generation of visual output (November 2013-December 2013)
• Android application Development – Inventory Management : It was aimed at managing the stock
inventories of multiple products at an electronic goods shop. Project was done using Eclipse in front
end and Android development tool(ADT) (June-July 2013)
• Development of a line follower autonomous robot using P89v1rd2 microcontroller (Programming
in Keil C) (June-July,2011)
