Senior Project Leader
- Responded to request for proposals (RFPs) by submitting bids, and led systems development projects.
- Won two contract extensions worth US$2.7M by implementing a new customer relationship management (CRM) system from a domestic medical equipment company; led team of 20 including third-party employees.
- Created and led a team of 60 members meeting monthly to study project management based on materials from the Project Management Institute: facilitated sessions and case studies (led for 3 years from 2005 to 2008)
Project Manager
- Managed all phases (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-production support) of US$2M project developing customer management system for a domestic wireless carrier in Tokyo.
- Led award-winning project named "the Best Project of 2008 by the largest software vendor," implementing customer management system, provisioning network management system, bill calculation, and payment management systems for major electronics manufacturer.
- Led team of 10-20 internal project members, enabling clients to handle transactions with 200,000 customers monthly.
- Led US$1.5M support system project for agriculture firm to help their consulting section analyze data effectively.

- Led project implementing systems including Customer Relationship Management, bill calculating system and payment management system for major digital contents/broadband services client; led team of 8 and mentored individuals on project management.
- Designed a US$1.75M web-based system using .NET Framework and offered online planning service diagrams of the entire train system for major domestic railway company.
- Led team of 40 manager-level employees studying coaching skills in order to better motivate and guide subordinates. Facilitated discussion and case studies, and invited guest speakers.
